Stephen William Willoughby

Steve Willoughby’s BPM experience spans more than 10 years. Since 2003, Steve has been focusing on process improvement, business analysis and Enterprise Architecture Initiatives. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Business Management from the University of Findlay, and a Masters of Business in Operational Excellence from The Ohio State University.

Beginning his career as a Process Engineer, he helped develop a Repository of Process Knowledge and create a Process Improvement Methodology that resulted in millions in savings for an innovative telecommunications company. He then migrated to working on a major CRM application implementation where he was creating processes, requirements, and design documentation.

From there he moved into Consulting and has had the opportunity to work on SAP implementations, Six Sigma Initiatives, Enterprise Architecture Programs, Business Architecture and Capability Modeling, Lean Initiatives, and Implementation of Process Modeling Methodologies.

He has also contributed to the development of Operational Excellence Strategies and Programs. Looking at ways to instill Operational Excellence thinking into the entire organization from the top down. Implementing strategies and tools at every level of the organization to tie into the Strategic Plan and ensure that all areas and levels are working together to achieve the common goals set forth.

Mr. Willoughby has leveraged his practical experience with BPM tools and techniques to support successful project implementation with a variety of clients, including some Fortune 500 companies, in retail, finance, automotive, government and telecommunication industries.
