The BPM & EIM Centers of Excellence at TeliaSonera have the accountability to globally establish harmonized and standardized BPM and EIM Frameworks. The Frameworks includes the governance, architecture, methodologies, methods, guidelines, organization, tools and skills necessary to ensure that the TeliaSonera Process and Information/Data Transformation is successfully implemented, sustained and improved in TeliaSonera functions.
