Prof Coloma-Guerrero is Director of the Scientific Secretariat of Next World Congress, an international futures congress, and is also a special advisor to the vicepresident of the autonomous government of Catalonia on foresight and analysis.
Board Member of the Global University Aliance, he lectures at the graduate school of the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya on service management and engineering as well as in lean startup creation, in which he shares his experience as a technology venture capital investor.
Previously, David has been planning manager in the Department of Interior of the autonomous government of Catalonia, responsible for designing strategies, organization and processes for the deployment of its police services, as well as for its budget planning and controlling.
