Started working with financial institutions three decades ago to help them streamline their business models and align business and IT. As specialist in enterprise engineering, enterprise modelling and enterprise architecture he has worked with international organizations, optimizing and transforming the way of working.
Cay was the Global IBM SAP partnership responsible and in 2004 he joined the LEADing Practice community as a core founding member.
He has personally developed the Enterprise Standards around Value Modelling, Value Engineering and Value Architecture. After this he has applied value based process design or value based service design.
Cay is a certified Value eXpert and Value Architect.
