Nathaniel has co-authored a dozen books on technology and business transformation including “Intelligent BPM” (2013), “How Knowledge Workers Get Things Done” (2012), “Social BPM” (Future Strategies), “Excellence in Practice (2007), as well as the “Encyclopedia of Database Systems” (2007) and “The X-Economy” (2001) and “Mastering the Unpredictable” which reached #2 on the Amazon.com Bestsellers List in 2008.
Nathaniel was the first individual named as Laureate in Workflow. He has been featured in media ranging from Fortune to The New York Times, and has authored several articles in publications such as Intelligent Enterprise, KMWorld, CIO and InformationWeek, as well as a featured expert on National Public Radio, World Business Review, and The Emerald Planet in conjunction with Internet pioneer Vint Cerf.
He is a regular speaker at leading industry forums including those by AGA, AIIM, Forrester, Gartner, FSO Knowledge Xchange, and SOA Symposium, as well as featured in national media such as CIO, Fortune, NPR, and The New York Times. He also serves as Executive Director of Workflow Management Coalition, the industry’s longest-standing BPM adoption group.
