Michael D. Tisdel

Mike Tisdel is a Senior Multi-Discipline Integration Analyst and Operational Architect detailed to the Department of Defense, Joint Staff J6 and United States Special Operations Command. In this role he conducts analysis and assessments and evaluates war-fighter needs, plans, requirements, programs and strategies providing Special Operations and Joint Force impacts and potential solutions in support of the guidance from Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.

Previously, he served as team member of the Building Partnerships – Planning Synchronization Framework project as an architect of the process, Solution Developer of the “Unity of Effort Framework” and coauthor of the Solution Guide.

Recognized with the prestigious “FRONTIER RUNNER of the year” (2014) as co-developer of the “Unity of Effort” Framework.

He received several military awards for meritorious service and has been published in the International Command and Control Research and Technology Program periodicals.

Mr. Tisdel is a Operational Architect at Cydecor. Hel holds a Bachelors of Science in flight Technology from Central Washington University and is a graduate from multiple Professional Military Education schools in the US Air Force.

Certified LEAD Enterprise Architecture and Practitioner.
