Jeff Greer

Jeff is the Vice President of IT Strategy and Business Architecture at Cardinal Health, a U.S. Fortune 21 Company. In his role, Jeff is responsible for spearheading the creation, implementation and advancement of Cardinal Health’s overall enterprise IT strategy and business architecture framework – including responsibility and oversight for IT strategies and processes for all mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.

As a LEAD Business Architect, Jeff has for the last four years, been the visionary, leader and champion of business architecture and business process management at Cardinal Health – working to develop the tools, methods and approaches linking strategy, execution and operations. He has presented and published about his business architecture experiences at Cardinal Health, including:

  • “Using Business Architecture to Manage Complexity and Drive Change”, Gartner, 2014.
  • “Leading Companies Leverage Business Architecture to Integrate Business and IT Execution”, Gartner Research, 2013.
  • “Bridging the Architecture Talent Gap – Cardinal Health”, Corporate Executive Board, 2012.

Prior to joining Cardinal Health, Jeff was a consultant with A.T. Kearney within their Strategic IT Practice. Jeff received a B.A. in philosophy from Vanderbilt University and a Master of Business Administration from Vanderbilt’s Owen Graduate School of Management.
